Cavs Take Wiggins #1 Overall

The 2014 NBA Draft is now in the books- and could possibly go down as one of the greatest ever. Personally, I cannot remember a draft this stacked and loaded with talent since the great draft class of 2003.

The Cleveland Cavaliers selected Kansas star Andrew Wiggins with the first overall pick in the draft. Wiggins, a 6-8 small forward from Canada, averaged 17.4 points per game in his only collegiate season with the Jayhawks. He will instantly be depended on to help carry the Cavs along with superstar guard Kyrie Irving.

Going second overall to the Milwaukee Bucks was Duke phenom Jabari Parker. In his only season at Duke, he averaged 19.3 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.

Realistic Expectations for Andrew Wiggins' Rookie Year with Cleveland Cavaliers

#JFSoundoff: I personally would have taken Jabari Parker #1 overall. His numbers were much better, and he has about 40 pounds on Wiggins. Also, I am very excited to kick off this new blog!
